You’ve ordered some awesome gear from Baziffy, and now you’re waiting for the mailman. We get it. This policy breaks down everything you need to know about our shipping process—no fluff, just the facts.

We are HS FASHION VIETNAM LTD, a Vietnam-based company with a U.S. office, and we partner with top-notch fulfillment centers to get your order to you.

The Journey of Your Order

Your delivery timeframe is a combo of two things: getting your stuff ready and getting it to you.

1. Processing Time (1–3 Business Days) This is our “get ready” phase. We pick your in-stock T-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt, give it a final quality check, and pack it up securely. Our team works Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT).

2. Shipping Time (7–15 Business Days) Once it’s packed, USPS takes the wheel. This is how long it takes for your package to travel from the fulfillment center to your door.

=> Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 18 business days.

Heads up: This is an estimate. Holidays and unexpected carrier delays can sometimes add a few days.

Shipping Costs: Simple and Straightforward

No complicated math here.

  • Orders Under $199: It’s a flat $7.99.

  • Orders $199 or More: We’ve got you covered. Shipping is FREE.

That’s it. No surprise handling fees. Ever.

Tracking Your Gear

You’ll get an email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. Give it 24-48 hours to activate in their system. If it looks stuck, just shoot us an email at contact@baziffy.com.

The Fine Print

  • Where We Ship: We currently ship to the United States only.

  • Where We Don’t Ship: Sorry, no P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

  • Address Accuracy: Get it right the first time. We’re not responsible for delays if an address is wrong. Double-check it at checkout.

  • Sales Tax: We have to do it. Any required sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
