Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) from Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Our estimated delivery times include:

  • Production Time: 2–4 business days

  • Carrier Transit Time: 7–15 business days

Therefore, the total estimated delivery time ranges from 9–19 business days for standard service.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders over $199 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

  • Orders under $199 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The appropriate carrier will be chosen based on your shipping address and product details.

Shipping Areas

Baziffy ships exclusively within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to:

  • Street or P.O. Box addresses

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), and the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy and Changes

To ensure timely delivery, please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at contact@baziffy.com. Address changes can only be made before your order is shipped.

Taxes

All orders are subject to a sales tax rate of 5%.

Handling Charges

We do not charge additional handling fees. Shipping fees cover packaging and shipment only.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@baziffy.com within 72 hours of noticing the issue. Include your order details and a description of the problem, and we will promptly address and resolve the matter.

Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event your item is damaged upon arrival or lost in transit, notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Please include clear photographs of any damage. We will quickly arrange a replacement or provide appropriate compensation.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is delayed or becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly via email. You may opt to wait for restocking, select an alternative product, or request a refund.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund.

All orders are securely and carefully packaged to minimize damage during transit.
