The 3-Step Return Process
Returning an item is simple. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Check the Rules (See “The Fine Print” below) Make sure your item is eligible. The main rule? It needs to be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2: Start the Return Email our team at contact@baziffy.com. Please include your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning. We’ll get back to you within 1 business day with instructions.
Step 3: Ship It Back Once you have our instructions, pack the item securely and send it to our U.S. return address using a trackable carrier.

The Fine Print (Return Rules)
To keep things fair for everyone, here are the conditions for a successful return:

The Golden Rule: Your item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.

The Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

What Can’t Be Returned: Gift cards and any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

If you’re returning an item due to change-of-mind or a sizing issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If we made a mistake (sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.

The funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

The “Oops!” Department (Damaged or Wrong Items)
