The Stuff You’re Buying (Products & Orders)

1. What kind of stuff do you sell?

We sell awesome, pre-printed graphic apparel, including high-quality T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts. Our designs are unique, fun, and ready to ship.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Maybe! You can request to cancel your order if it has not yet entered the processing stage (typically within a few hours of purchase). Email us at contact@baziffy.com as soon as possible, and we’ll see what we can do.

Getting Your Gear (Shipping & Tracking)

3. How long until I get my order?

Our total estimated delivery time is 8 to 18 business days. This breaks down into:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days for us to pick and pack your in-stock items.

  • Shipping Transit Time: 7–15 business days for USPS to get the package to your door.

4. How much is shipping?

It’s simple:

  • Orders under $199 have a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

  • Orders $199 or more ship for FREE.

5. How do I track my order?

Easy. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a USPS tracking number.

6. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only. (Sorry, no P.O. Boxes or military addresses).

If It’s Not a Perfect Match (Returns & Refunds)

7. What’s your return policy? The short version?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item, as long as it’s in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. For the full details, check out our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

If you’re returning because of a change of mind or a sizing issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If we made a mistake (sent a damaged or wrong item), we will cover 100% of the cost.

9. Are there any restocking fees?

Nope. We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through Stripe.

11. Is my payment info safe here? Absolutely.

Our site is protected by SSL encryption, and our payment partners (Stripe and PayPal) are PCI DSS compliant, the highest standard in the industry. We never store your full card details.

12. What about sales tax?

If required by your state’s law, sales tax will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout. No surprises.
