3. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Coordinated Universal Time, UTC). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UTC) will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

4. How long does shipping take?

Our estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the day your order ships. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen, your location, and factors such as weather conditions or holiday delays.

If there are any delays, we will notify you and keep you updated.

5. What are your shipping rates?

  • Free Shipping: For orders over $199, shipping is free.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $199, a shipping fee of $7.99 applies.

These rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on your order total.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to check the status of your shipment.

8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update the shipping details. Once the order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

9. What happens if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference. Please provide photos of any damaged items to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, you can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are in new, unused, and undamaged condition.

12. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your payment method (PayPal or Stripe), it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

13. Are taxes included in the price?

No, taxes are not included in the price of the products. Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, and you will be able to review the total price, including taxes, before confirming your order.
